Practitioners will take the exam electronically on Saturday. Please bring a fully charged tablet or smartphone.

SIGN YOUR NDA

If you have not done so already, please sign and return your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by the Monday before your training event*. If we do not receive your NDA, we will need to take additional time with you at check-in.
